Hours of Operation:
Now through August 15th, 2016: Monday through Friday Noon to 7:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday Noon to 6:00 pm

Tuesday August 16th, Wednesday August 17th: 12 noon - 5PM

Thursday August 18th and Friday August 19th: 4PM - 7PM (Wapak Schools in Session)

Saturday August 20th and Sunday August 21: 12 noon - 5PM

Closed to public after August 21, 2016

Family Facility
The Wapakoneta Waterpark is a family-friendly facility.  While your tattoos and your speech may express your personality, some images or words may be offensive to others.  If we cannot come to an agreement about covering tattoos or using appropriate language, you may be asked to leave the park.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Weather Policy:

  • Rain and Thunderstorms: The WaterPark will remain open unless thunder is heard or lightning seen.  If either are noted, the pools and decks will be cleared, with a 30-minute break from the last thunder or lightning.
  • Tornado Watch: WaterPark staff will notify patrons should a tornado watch take effect (i.e., conditions are favorable for a tornado.)
  • Tornado Warning: The WaterPark staff will notify patrons should a tornado warning take effect.  For the latter, patrons and staff will seek shelter in the changing rooms.

Closing the WaterPark:
In addition to the weather-related closings described above, the WaterPark will close when fewer than 25 patrons are present.

The Wapakoneta WaterPark supports team swimming.  It will be closed as follows to allow the Wapakoneta Waves to host swim meets:

  • Monday, June 13th, 4:30 PM
  • Monday, June 20th, 4:30 PM
  • Monday, June 27th, 4:30 PM

The Cabana
The Cabana is a semi-private, shaded area with chairs and tables attached to the West Side of the WaterPark.  You can rent it--for birthdays, showers, family get-togethers--just $10 per hour (in addition to regular admission for all attendees).  Contact Pool Manager for scheduling/rental information.  The Cabana is only available during WaterPark's regular operating hours.
Rent the Wapakoneta WaterPark for your next party!
Two-hour rentals are available on weekdays, and two- or three hour rentals on Saturday and Sunday evenings.  You must be 21 or older to rent.  Rental rates are $250.00 for 2 hours or $300.00 for 3 hours.  Two hour rentals available Mon-Thurs 7-9pm. Three hour rentals available Fri-Sunday 6:15am-8:15pm. Contact a Pool Manager for scheduling and rental information.
