I have had several residents inquire about the city farm taking yard waste, clippings etc. free of charge for the month of April. This has been done in the past, and I am happy to continue that practice. I love the passion of our citizens as they take pride in their properties. As I mentioned on Facebook last week the city farm will be open for business April 1st and there will be no charge. The punch cards will be used starting May 1st!
