Mr. Walter is married to Gail and resides in Wapakoneta with their Maltese, Berkley. A 1977 graduate of Wapakoneta High School, he is President of First Network Group, Inc in Wapakoneta, President of Northwest Wireless in Celina and Executive Director of the non-profit Schuler-Walter Foundation.
