Chad Doll is the President of Wapakoneta City Council, a high school social studies teacher, Social Studies Department Chair, and quiz bowl coach at St. Marys Memorial High School. Mr. Doll earned his BA in Political Science and BS in Social Studies Education at Miami University and a Master’s Degree in Education at Bluffton University.

Mr. Doll also serves as one of the city’s representatives on the Wapakoneta Area Economic Development Council.

Mr. Doll is a past president of the Ohio Council for the Social Studies, Auglaize County Historical Society, St. Mark’s Lutheran Church and the St. Marys Education Association. He also assists with instructing Bible studies at his church.

Mr. Doll and his wife Kristin have three children, John, Lauren and Nathan. Following spending time with his family, Mr. Doll’s other favorite interests include reading, following sports, and trivia.

Alex Stinebaugh serves on the Wapakoneta City Council, with a professional background as the assistant manager of Backroad Wellness dispensary in Lima and the owner of Alex James Photography. As an Eagle Scout and lifelong resident of Wapakoneta, his commitment to the community is deeply rooted in both service and leadership.

Alex’s interests span photography, nature, golfing, anything tech related, cooking, reading non-fiction, and a million other things. “Do you ever just want to relax?”- Alex’s friends

In his role on the council, Alex is focused on promoting youth participation in civic activities and enhancing the transparency of government operations. He places a high value on open-mindedness and actively seeks to understand all perspectives before making decisions. This dedication to listening and considering different viewpoints is central to his efforts to make the local government more accessible and responsive to the community’s needs.

Alex’s commitment to the Wapakoneta community is driven by a belief in collaborative progress and the importance of building a more informed and inclusive civic environment.

Jessica Muhlenkamp is the 2nd Ward Councillor serving as chair of the Parks Committee as well as serving on the Health & Safety and Communications committees.  She also represents City Council as part of the Lodging Tax Committee and First on the Moon, Inc.

A Wapakoneta native she attended The Ohio State University in Columbus receiving a degree in French and minors in International Studies and Education.  She returned to Wapakoneta in 2014 and worked for five years as the Assistant Director of the Wapakoneta Area Economic Development Council.

She is currently an Ohio Certified Prevention Specialist working with Miami University focusing on Prevention services in education.

Jessica and her husband, Josh, have been foster parents since 2022.  She is also a Wapakoneta Rotarian and volunteer with Downtown Wapakoneta Partnership, Inc.

Brandon Miller is a second-term member of city council, representing the 3rd ward. He was born and raised in Wapakoneta, graduating from Wapakoneta High School in 2013. Mr. Miller attended Miami University in Oxford, OH, where he earned both Masters and Bachelors degrees in Economics and a minor in Actuarial Science.

Mr. Miller has worked both in the digital marketing and consumer finance sectors, specializing in data analytics and statistics. He is currently a full-time faculty member in the College of Business at the University of Northwestern Ohio where he primarily teaches Economics. Brandon also advises the university’s eSports club.

Mr. Miller also serves as Vice President of First on the Moon, Inc, an organization in Wapakoneta devoted to enhancing the public understanding and appreciation of Wapakoneta’s unique identity as the home of Neil Armstrong, first person to walk on the moon. He has also volunteered at his church, St. Joseph Catholic Parish in Wapakoneta.

Brandon serves as chair of the Finance committee while also serving on the Streets and Parks committees. He enjoys athletics, video and card gaming, and playing/performing music. You can often see him playing shows at local venues in and around Wapakoneta.

Alex Greve was appointed to the 4th Ward in January 2023. He is Chairman of the Health & Safety Committee and serves on the Utilities and Street & Alleys Committees.

Alex was born and raised in Wapakoneta along with his siblings, Adam & Katie. His parents are Jeff & LeeAnn Greve.   He graduated from Wapakoneta High School in 2013 and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from The Ohio State University.

Alex serves as a High School Catechist at St Joseph Catholic Church as well as a Men’s Retreat Member for “Christ Renews His Parish”.

Mr. Greve worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Crown Equipment in New Bremen for 5 years. He now works at ATR Contractors as a Project Engineer.

Alex is married to Paige Greve. In his spare time, he enjoys following Ohio State athletics and spending time with family and friends at the lake or poolside.

John Sheipline was appointed to fill Rodney Metz’s council position. John is a graduate of Wapakoneta High School and Greer Technical Institute in Chicago. John was in the Army serving three years, two of those spent in Germany. John worked 17 years at Wapakoneta Machine Company, and 33 years in transportation at British Petroleum, Flying J, Pilot Petroleum. In addition, he farmed 700 acres. John and his wife Doris have been married 53 years. They have three children Amy, Andy, Tony and seven granddaughters. John is also on the tree commission. John will chair the Communication Committee and serve on the Parks and Recreation and Health and Safety Committee as a member of council. John is a poll worker for Auglaize County. John is currently the Department of Agriculture certified Weights and Measures inspector for Auglaize County Auditor.

Terry Campbell is a retired Engineering Coordinator from Honda of America Mfg. as of 2017, and currently has an Associate Degree in Architectural Engineering.

Terry and his wife of 29 years have three children, Amanda, Adam, and Jocelyn and 5 grandchildren.

Mr. Campbell is the Chair of the Streets & Alleys Committee. He serves on the Utilities and Lands & Buildings Committees and is representative on the CIC Board. Terry also serves on the Superior Credit Union Advisory Committee.

As an active member of the Harvest Baptist Church he serves on the Mission Board, Helping Hands Ministry, and teaches religion classes to 3rd and 4th grade boys for AWANA youth ministry.

Chad Dunlap has been married to his beautiful wife Mandy, for 27 years. Together they have 2 grown children, Shyla & Dylan. Being a dad is one thing, however, for the last two and a half years Chad has been a grandpa. Nothing compares to having a little human look up to you and call you Papa!

Chad is the owner of Upshift with Chad (Upshift). Upshift is a coaching business that he started in 2018. Chad uses Upshift as a platform to speak on mental health awareness with an emphasis on suicide awareness. He is also the Business Development Manager at Frost Roofing and has had that position for the last 10 years.

Chad actively serves as a board member for the Mental Health and Recovery Services Board of Allen, Auglaize, and Hardin Counties.

Chad will serve as chair of the Lands Committee. He will also be serving as a member of the Health and Safety and Communications Committees.

In his off time he enjoys weight training, fishing, traveling and spending time with his family.

Clerk Terry McDonald was raised in Wapakoneta, Ohio, attending grade school at Buckland Elementary and graduating from Wapakoneta High School in 1998. She achieved a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from The Ohio State University in 2005, majoring in Natural Resources. Terry served as Park Ranger for Columbus Metro Parks from 2005-2012, graduating Police Academy and becoming a Commissioned Park Officer. She spent several years as a Field Training Officer, as well as Incident Command Officer in Charge.

In 2012, Terry and her husband, Daryl J. McDonald, returned to their hometown of Wapakoneta, Ohio where she then became Clerk of City Council that same year. She took an immediate interest in her role as Clerk and caretaker of the City’s most historic record books, some dating as far back as 1853. She advocated for their preservation over several years, obtaining City Council’s approval in 2021 to have the oldest Wapakoneta Council minutes & ordinance books professionally restored, digitized and preserved for future generations. Terry became a Certified Municipal Clerk with the State of Ohio in 2016 and recently celebrated her 10th year as Wapakoneta’s Clerk of Council.

In addition to her Clerk responsibilities, Terry also continued her role with park lands and natural resources by accepting a position in 2015 with Heritage Trails Park District as Administrative Assistant. You can find “Ranger Terry” throughout the year hosting nature hikes along the Miami Erie Canal towpath, or conducting educational programs about chimney swift birds & native wildflowers in Auglaize County. She can also be found promoting Auglaize County park lands at annual events such as the ‘Walk with Nature Fall Festival’ and the Auglaize County Fair.

Outside of her Clerk and Park District duties, Terry’s time is spent enjoying adventures with her dog, Inspector Clouseau, as well as gardening, photography and local history.
